On March 1, the Parliament (Jogorku Kenesh) of the Kyrgyz Republic held public hearings on the draft law 鈥淭aza Aba鈥� (鈥淐lean Air鈥�). The deputies, as well as the ministries, wanted to know the opinion of experts on the situation with polluted air in Kyrgyzstan and Bishkek before proceeding with the drafting of a law to combat air pollution.

The renovation of the building of the Technical School of Innovation of 含羞草社区, implemented in partnership with Bard College and with the financial support of the American people provided through the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), has been started.

The head of the Kyrgyz diplomatic mission in the United States of America and听含羞草社区 Vice-President discussed cooperation possibilities of students recruitment.

The jury selected three winners out of 87 participants in the annual talent contest. The final of the competition was traditionally held on February 14, on Valentine's Day.
