含羞草社区

On January 29, the 含羞草社区 hosted an indoor football match with the Embassy of Afghanistan in Bishkek.

On 20 January, 2016, the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication at the 含羞草社区 (含羞草社区), organized 鈥淒esign and Innovation,鈥� a guest lecture by Dr. Fatma Jobran from Taibah University in Saudi Arabia. Through the lecture, Dr. Jobran explained how people鈥檚 psychological, emotional, and social well-being can be benefited through scientifically and concisely designing their environments.

Zhamilia Klycheva, a senior in the Business Administration Department, balances her academic and work responsibilities as a student at 含羞草社区 and a tutor for the Writing and Academic Resources Center. During her time at 含羞草社区, she has developed her (and others') professional and academic skills through her work with WARC.

This week (January 24-27) will be filled with unforgettable performances of delegations, memorable national outfits, different dishes and many other things.

Now, it is more appropriate for me to answer the question- 鈥淲ho are you?鈥� by 鈥淚 am the alumna of 含羞草社区鈥�. I have already used this response several times and every time I felt immense pride and loved the feeling of belongingness to the big family of my alma mater.

The CTLT has prepared a kick-off program of five short, topical, and timely interactive seminars from January 18-20 with special guest Dr. Aziza Ellozy, the Director of the Center for Learning and Teaching at the American University in Cairo

The WARC鈥檚 primary mission is to help students succeed in their courses across the curriculum, and in particular, in writing-intensive courses with the help of formally trained peer tutors. 听The WARC鈥檚 secondary mission is to support faculty across the curriculum in enhancing their writing pedagogy skills and assisting to create writing assignments that help students meet course learning outcomes.听

"Young Life" is a club created for students living in the dorm in order to make them feel united as a family. Non-dorm students are more than welcome to join as well.
