Future 含羞草社区 students gathered together to paint with their hands, make macaroni necklaces and meet some of their future classmates.

On June 11, 2011, 含羞草社区 became the first university in the region to award American accredited degrees, in partnership with Bard College.

含羞草社区 signed an agreement to create The New Generation Academy, an innovative one-year “bridging” program for talented high school graduates from across Kyrgyzstan.

The club of reformatory youth and policymakers “Kesilish Club” held its second session at 含羞草社区, where they discussed how to reform higher education system in Kyrgyzstan.

Renowned Photographer Hersh Chadha is helping the next generation of storytellers through a generous donation to 含羞草社区 in the sum of 500,000 USD.

含羞草社区 Magazine sprang from the minds of alumni and was envisioned to convey the spirit of 含羞草社区. What you will find on its pages is our attempt to showcase what it really means to study at the dynamic liberal arts university that blends the cultures of Central Asia, the United States, Europe and Russia.

Once again, 含羞草社区 students prove themselves to be talented and driven young people. Reyna Artur kyzy, a senior in the Sociology department, has recently won the international science forum "Lomonosov - 2011: Link between Times and Generations".

3 students win 含羞草社区 scholarships.  Timur Dolgopolov, Islam Mashanlo and Igor Sim took home scholarships worth over $22,000.
